If your plans change,
You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled departure time with no penalty, and receive a full refund, less any credit card processing fees, with exceptions for holiday weekends including but not limited to Labor Day, Memorial Day, Forth of July, Thanksgiving, Presidents Day, Easter and Christmas week (Dec. 24th-Jan 1st) Cancelation requests during holiday periods need to be made by 5pm, 5 days before reservation date.
Same day cancellations are not eligible for a refund, but will receive full credit towards a future reservation. Credit is good for two years from date of issue.
No-shows will be charged the full price plus a 20% gratuity for the captain/crew
In the event of cancellation by the Captain due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, Customers will receive a full refund.
