If your plans change,
You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled departure time with no penalty, and receive a full refund, less any credit card processing fees, with exceptions for holiday-weekends including but not limited to - Labor Day, Memorial Day, Forth of July, Thanksgiving, Presidents Day, Easter and Christmas week (Dec. 24th-Jan 3rd) Cancelation requests during holiday periods need to be made by 5pm, 5 days before reservation date to receive a full refund. Cancellation requests made within the 5 day window will receive a full credit that is good for two years from scheduled departure date.
Same day cancellations are not eligible for a refund, but will receive full credit towards a future reservation. Credit is good for two years from date of issue.
No-shows will be charged the full price plus a 20% gratuity for the captain/crew
In the event of cancellation by the Captain due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, Customers will receive a full refund.
