No. All of our charters are private. The only people on the charter are people you bring! No stranger danger on our boats!!!

Of course! You are more than welcome to bring your own food or drinks! We have two coolers on board filled with ice that you can put your drinks or food in. Please no glass beer bottles and no red wine(stains the boat). Glass bottles of wine are OK 

We have multiple coolers on board for you, so there is no need to bring your own cooler.! You are welcome to bring any drinks or snacks and keep them cold in one of our coolers stocked with ice. We kindly ask that you leave your cooler in the car, as there is limited space on board. Our coolers have plenty of room for your things!

You can cancel your reservation until 5pm the day before the charter with no penalty, and receive a full refund, less any credit card processing fees. 

Same day cancellations are not eligible for a refund, but will receive full credit towards a future reservation. Credit is good for two years from date of issue. 

In the event of cancellation by the Captain due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, Customers will receive a full refund.

Contact us by phone/text/email to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. 

No-shows will be charged the full price plus a 20% gratuity for the captain/crew

While all gratuities are at the guest’s complete discretion, It is customary to tip the captain/crew 20% of the cost of the charter. But only if you feel that they did an excellent job for you on your charter! If you feel that the captain or crew did not live up to your expectations, PLEASE let management know of your experience. 

Yes! You can book any charter up to an hour before departure! Call or text us at (305) 395-9691 if you are not able to book online. 

Florida is a very sunny state! We recommend wearing a hat or sunglasses, and definitely bring sunblock! We provide bottled water and other beverages to keep you hydrated! Please no spray sunblock. It makes the deck of the boat very slippery!!

Yes! We are able to accommodate groups of up to 12 with our second boat! So if your group is more than six, you can add our second boat to your charter at a significantly reduced rate. Our other boat can hold up to 6 passengers, so you can bring groups of up to 12!

Almost All of our private charters are in  the Flat-Calm Florida Bay, not the Atlantic Ocean. People almost NEVER get seasick on the Florida Bay because of its lake-like water conditions year round.

We encourage sunscreen, but PLEASE NO SPRAY STYLE SUNBLOCK. Spray sunblock is very bad for our waters. Please refrain from bringing red wine as it will stain the boat, and no Cheetos please. Glass is OK.
